Hlavný cieľ projektu: zlepšovanie a zvyšovanie kvality života LGBTI ľudí a ich blízkych prostredníctvom poskytovania informovaných a špecifických typov poradenských služieb (psychologických, právnych, sociálnych).
Poskytovaním vyššie opísaných poradenských služieb budeme môcť naďalej zlepšovať a zvyšovať kvalitu života LGBTI ľudí a ich blízkych a zároveň tak i posilňovať ďalšie, prevažne advokačné LGBTI projekty na Slovensku – prostredníctvom posilnenia LGBTI komunity, jej osobnostného rozvoja a informovanosti. Q-centrum je jediné pracovisko svojho druhu v SR.

kontakt: romana.schlesinger@qcentrum.sk[:en]The connection between gender equality and LGBTI rights is more than crucial, gender equality does not only assume equitable treatment of men and women, who are attracted to each other (heteronormativity and cisgenderism), but also an implementation of such living conditions, that would enable quality life to all women and men, including same-sex couples (ensuring of legal security, partnership law existence etc.).
Main project goal: improving and increasing the quality of life of LGBTI people and their close ones through providing of informed and specific counselling services (psychological, legal, social).
By providing of above mentioned services, we will be not only improving and increasing the quality of life of LGBTI people and their close ones, but also strengthening other, mainly advocacy LGBTI project in Slovakia – through empowerment of LGBTI community, its wellbeing, personal development and awareness. Q-centrum is the only workplace of its kind in Slovakia.
